Oil Processing is the method for the removal of unwanted and undesirable elements from the crude oil. The elements that are removed include the Free Fatty Acids, Phospholipids, Gums, Odour, Color, Waxes etc. Refining makes the vegetable oil clean and pure and improves the overall quality of the oil. Our Tinytech Oil Processing Plants are manufactured and exported to various countries of the world. Our machinery finds immense popularity to new beginners.
What is RBD Oil?
Refined Vegetable Oil is commonly called Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized (RBD) oil. As described earlier, these are the three main steps in the refining process; although additional steps are required in most cases.
Chemical Refining in Oil Processing
In Chemical Refining, Vegetable Oil is treated with caustic lye for separation of free fatty acids from oil. This is a conventional process that can be applied to all oils. A byproduct of alkali refining is soap-stock, which is used for manufacture of low quality washing soap. Alternately, the soap-stock can be treated with acid to recover fatty acids. The waste-water from refinery requires treatment.
Commercial Production of Refined Oil
Our oil processing plant and machinery makes the oil pure, edible, more palatable and stable against rancidity upon storage. Our reactors are equipped with coils provided for efficient heating along with stirrers. The bleaching section consists of high quality vacuum bleacher which removes all the impurities. And the well designed type deodorizer is robustly constructed to give the excellent processing results.
Tinytech can provide Oil Processing Plants on turn-key basis. Our oil processing machinery finds an extensive application for almost all types of oil seeds. It removes impurities without damaging glycerides and with minimum loss of desired constituents, which in turn improves flavor, odor, color and stability. The final oil can be used for commercial purposes in the market.
